We are thrilled to offer FREE shipping on all orders to the US!

Order processing time

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends) from our Illinois warehouse or our ceramic studio in Turkey.
  • Due to high demand, some items may require up to 2 weeks for shipping.
  • Need it sooner? Message us on Instagram @enjoyceramicart, and we’ll do our best to assist!

    Estimated shipping time

    We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL using expedited or express shipping for all order sizes.

  • United States: 3-7 business days
  • Canada: 4-8 business days
  • Australia: 6-9 business days
  • Qatar: 4-8 business days
  • Japan: 6-8 business days
  • France: 3-5 business days
  • Note: Postal services do not accept PO boxes as delivery addresses.

    International Shipping

    We ship worldwide! Please note that international shipping does not include taxes, duties, customs, or VAT fees. Customers are responsible for any additional charges.

    Coupon codes

    Only one coupon code allowed per order.

    Cancellations

    Orders may be canceled within 24 hours, as long as it has not been shipped.  We cannot combine orders for shipping or make changes to an existing order.

    Address Changes

    Address changes are handled on a case by case basis and cannot be guaranteed. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

    Return Policy

    At Enjoy Ceramic Art, we want you to love your handcrafted pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we can help:

    • 30-Day Return Window: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
    • Free Returns (US): For US customers, return shipping is free. A pre-paid return label will be provided.
    • International Returns: Customers outside the US are responsible for return shipping costs.

    Refunds

    • Refunds are processed after inspecting returned items.
    • If reduced-rate shipping applied to your order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

      Q: How do you package and ship your products?
      A: We use secure bubble wrap and sturdy boxes.

      Q: What countries do you ship to?
      A: We ship to the US, Canada, Australia, Netherlands, France, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and more. If you haven't seen your county on the check out page let us know.

      Q: My item was damaged. What do I do?
      A: Report damages within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number to support@enjoyceramicart.com.

      Q: My order says delivered, but I haven’t received it.
      A: Follow these steps:

      1. Verify the shipping address.
      2. Check with neighbors or household members.
      3. Contact your local post office for more details.
