Shipping and Returns


Shipping is a flat shipping rate depending on your order size and where you order from. 

Order processing time

Typically, we dispatch your order within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends) from either our Illinois warehouse or our ceramic studio in Turkey. However, due to high demand, some items might sell out rapidly, potentially extending shipping times to up to 2 weeks. If you're eager to receive your order promptly, please reach out to us directly on Instagram at @enjoyceramicart. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs!

Estimated shipping time

We ship with USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL. We ship with expedited or express shipping to deliver as quickly as possible for all order sizes.

PS: Postal services do not accept PO boxes as a delivery address so we can not be able to ship to PO boxes. 

United States: 3-7 business days

Canada: 4-8 business days

Australia: 6-9 business days

Qatar: 4-8 business days

Japan: 6-8 business days

France: 3-5 business days

Only one coupon code allowed per order.


Orders may be canceled within 24 hours, as long as it has not been shipped.  We cannot combine orders for shipping or make changes to an existing order.

Address Changes

Address changes are handled on a case by case basis and cannot be guaranteed. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

  • 30-Day Return Window: If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition – unused, unwashed, and housed in their original packaging.
  • Return Process: Please contact us directly to initiate a return. We will guide you through the steps and provide any necessary assistance.

Return Shipping:

  • Returns from the US: For our customers in the United States, we are pleased to offer free return shipping. We will provide you with a return label at no additional cost.
  • International Returns: For customers outside the US, we kindly ask that you arrange and cover the cost of return shipping. Ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.


  • Deduction of Original Shipping Cost: If your purchase qualified for reduced-rate shipping, please note that the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. We appreciate your patience during this time.

    Q: What kind of packaging do you use/how do you ship your products?

    A: We use bubble wrap and boxes for packaging. We ship your order in 5-7 business days (not including weekends)

    Q: What are your shipping rates?

    A: It is a flat shipping rate for all countries. 

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Shipping does not include international import taxes, duties, customs, or VAT fees. Please check with your local customs/import office prior to ordering to avoid surprises.**

    • We do not control shipping rates as they are set by the respective postal services.

    Q: Do you ship to my country?

    A: Right now, we ship to Canada, Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand, Qatar, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, India other than the United States. We’d love to include your country!

    If you know your country has specific shipping requirements (ex. Packing slips on the outside of the box, etc), please leave us a note at checkout and email us at with details.

    Q: I got my order but my item was damaged. What can I do?

    A: Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please send a picture of the damage along with your order number to so we can replace your item(s) or file a claim with the postal service. Include photos of your package with the product, box, packaging, and invoice in view in order for us to get an idea of how the damage occurred.

    Q: Something was missing from my order. What can I do?

    A: Please email us with your order number and photos of your package (exterior and interior packaging, contents, and the invoice in view) to and we will work towards a resolution.

    Q: My order says it’s been delivered but I haven’t received it. What can I do?

    A: Once we ship your order, it is in the care of the postal service. Here’s what you can do to investigate the whereabouts of your package:

    • Verify the shipping address is correct on your order
    • Call your local post office. They often have more accurate details on the delivery, like how and where it was left
    • Ask other household members if they have seen it or with neighbors to see if it was delivered to them by accident
